Janet is a founding Director of Pinnacle Project Partners and has worked with clients in financial services sectors for over 25 years. Janet has extensive experience of working at the Executive level within key clients, helping them to develop business and IT strategies to enable key growth initiatives and to significantly reduce operating costs. The breadth of her experience includes leading major IT programmes, large scale outsourcing and business change programmes. She also specialises in assisting clients to implement pragmatic programme and project management standards and practices.
