Paula is a certified PMP who has worked with Pinnacle since 2006. She has successfully managed change initiatives from technology implementation to mergers, consolidations and regulatory driven change. She has worked in the cards and payments industry and in retail banking and has worked on major programmes driven by process improvement, cost-efficiency initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
In advance of her consulting career she held management positions within the financial services and ITC industries.
