SIOBHAN ANDERSON
Siobhan
is a Project / Programme Manager with over twenty years experience. Siobhan
has led many large-scale and complex business and IT projects through all phases
of the project lifecycle.
Siobhan is highly organised and thorough, and brings an air of calm and control
to even the most complex engagement. Her non-confrontational leadership style
allows her to set direction and empower others to deliver.
Siobhan has managed the end to end delivery for new product launches, including
the development of the customer and market proposition, management of third
party Suppliers, IT requirements definition, organisation design, business
process design, compliance and regulatory management, acceptance testing and
implementation of IT system changes and the roll-out of the live operation.

Prior to her career at Pinnacle, Siobhan was a Project Manager with AIG in their European Deployment Centre working on the localisation and deployment of commercial insurance systems for Europe. Siobhan has also worked for Bank of Ireland in their electronic payments division.
